Yes! Once our doctor has assessed your information and you are approved SAHPRA (the regulator) you will receive a certificate (aka a section 21 for those of you that don’t take our word and want to google it) granting you permission.

How does Express Pickup work?

If you pre-ordered online for pickup, your order will be available in-store within minutes throughout that store’s opening hours for the day. Just swing by and we’ll have your order ready.

It’s simple. Complete the simple text-based assessment, book your call back with a doctor and we’ll take care of the rest.

Within 24 hours you’ll have your answer, and if approved, you will have cannabis access for 6 months.

You can then come into one of our dispensaries (inside pharmacies, because it’s totally legit!) and walk out with your product or if you prefer you can order from the online shop. Whether instore or online you can break your order up throughout the month (however big or small).

An ID or passport number is needed for the application. The only party that sees the information is SAHPRA (the regulator in case you haven’t been paying attention). They aren’t allowed to spill the beans to anyone, and you’re the boss of who gets to know about your s21 certificate.
